If you need to order a new Fastfuel Fuel Card or a replacement, you can do so quickly and easily through AutoMate, our secure online account management portal.

Simply log in to your AutoMate account, navigate to the “Order Cards” section, and follow the prompts to request a new card. You can:

• Order additional cards for new drivers or vehicles.

• Cancel lost or stolen cards immediately.

• Replace damaged cards.

Once ordered, your new Fastfuel Card will be dispatched promptly, keeping your fleet moving without disruption.

If your Fastfuel Card is lost or stolen, it’s important to act quickly. You can cancel cards using AutoMate, our secure online account portal.

Simply log in to your AutoMate account and go to the “Cancel Cards” section. Select the card(s) you need to block, and once submitted, cancellation takes effect immediately.
