This check would normally be completed with only 1 image taken (Registration Plate) and is typically around 200kb

A Defect Report:

Similar to above but with 2 more images of a particular defect is typically around 350kb

No, we don’t charge a set up fee.

When you incorporate extra vehicles into the CheckedSafe system, we will seamlessly include these new vehicle(s) in your upcoming invoice.

Conversely, if you mark a vehicle as “End” or designate it as “VOR” (Vehicle Off Road), there will be no charges incurred. Our billing pertains only to active, live vehicles within the system.

In many cases, our clients tend to have more drivers or users than vehicles. Charging on a per-user basis would often render the system financially impractical. Given that our system is vehicle-oriented, it is more logical to implement a per-vehicle pricing model.
