DBC Apprenticeship Awards 2026

What a way to end National Apprenticeship Week 2026.

On Friday 13th February, we were absolutely delighted to attend the annual Apprenticeship Awards 2026, hosted by DBC Training. It is always a special evening, shining a spotlight on the apprentices and employer partners who have gone above and beyond over the past year.

And this year, I am so proud to say that Fleetmaxx Solutions was named New Apprenticeship Programme Of The Year.

To be shortlisted alone felt like an achievement. Finalists were selected from the hundreds of apprentices and employers DBC proudly works with, so to even make that list was something we were incredibly grateful for. To go on and win the award was the icing on the cake.

A celebration of commitment and growth

The DBC Apprenticeship Awards are about more than trophies. They celebrate commitment, development, resilience and real career progression. Every finalist on the night should feel immensely proud. The standard was exceptional, and every individual and organisation was highly commended for their dedication and success.

For us at Fleetmaxx, apprenticeships are not a tick box exercise. They are part of our future. We genuinely believe in giving people an opportunity to grow, learn and build a long term career with us. Seeing our programme recognised in this way is a proud moment for the whole business.

Celebrating Jessica Beecroft

I would also like to say a huge congratulations to our very own Jessica Beecroft, who was nominated for Sales Apprentice Of The Year.

Jessica, your nomination is a fantastic validation of all your hard work, professionalism and commitment. You are an important member of our Ipswich team and a brilliant ambassador for apprenticeships at Fleetmaxx. We are incredibly proud of you.

Jessica

Investing in people, investing in the future

Our apprenticeship programme is built around real responsibility, proper mentoring and genuine opportunity. We do not just offer a qualification. We offer support, structure and a pathway.

Winning New Apprenticeship Programme Of The Year tells us we are on the right track. It reflects the dedication of our managers, mentors and, most importantly, our apprentices who turn up each day ready to learn and contribute.

Special thanks to Kyle Davey for keeping everything running smoothly and to all our Management Team for the time and commitment they give. And of course, thank you to our sales teams who back our apprentices every step of the journey. Their support, guidance and encouragement make a real difference.

To DBC, thank you for hosting such a wonderful evening and for the continued support you give both apprentices and employers. And to every finalist and nominee, well done. You are shaping the future of your industries.

From all of us at Fleetmaxx Solutions, this award belongs to the whole team. And we are just getting started.
