Since joining Fleetmaxx Solutions, Lee has honed his people management skills, becoming an effective and inspiring leader. “I’ve developed significant people management skills during my time here,” he shares. Under his guidance, the Berwick office has flourished, transforming from a startup to a profitable entity within three years—a testament to his leadership and strategic vision.

A love for classic cars and motorsport

Outside of work, Lee’s passion for classic cars and motorsport shines through. He enjoys car modification and the thrill of motorsport, activities that mirror his professional drive and attention to detail. His love for all things automotive is not just a hobby but a reflection of his deep-rooted enthusiasm for the industry.

A unique background in racing

One fascinating aspect of Lee’s life that might surprise many is his early years spent travelling the world with a Formula 3 racing team. “For the first six years of my life, I lived in the back of a Formula 3 racing team truck, traveling around the world,” he reveals. This unique upbringing instilled in him a love for motorsport and a sense of adventure that continues to influence his life and career.

Proud accomplishments at work and home

Lee’s greatest professional achievement is his role in shaping the success of the Berwick office. “Making the Berwick office what it is now in three years, going from a startup to profitable, is something I’m incredibly proud of,” he says. On the personal front, his two boys, Kai and Keigan, are his greatest pride and joy. Balancing a successful career while being a dedicated father is a testament to his remarkable abilities and commitment.

Looking ahead to future goals

When asked about his future aspirations, Lee envisions a path that involves continuous growth and leadership within Fleetmaxx Solutions. “In five years, I see myself in a training or compliance role or moving towards the board of directors,” he shares.
