Fleetmaxx Solutions funds the planting of 3,000 trees with Carma

At Fleetmaxx Solutions, we’re best known for helping businesses across the UK save money on fuel, AdBlue, EV charging, and telematics. But beyond cost savings and efficiency, we also care deeply about the world our customers operate in.
That’s why I’m proud to share a milestone that reflects our broader commitment to people, the planet, and the communities we serve. Together with our partner Carma, Fleetmaxx Solutions has now funded the planting of 3,000 trees.
Why this milestone matters
Trees are one of the simplest yet most effective tools in the fight against climate change. They absorb harmful carbon dioxide, release clean oxygen, reduce local flooding, provide vital habitats for wildlife, and help to cool our towns and cities.
By funding the planting of 3,000 trees, Fleetmaxx Solutions has taken a small but meaningful step toward restoring natural balance and creating healthier spaces for generations to come. These trees will stand for decades, continuing to deliver benefits long after they were first planted.
Importantly, this impact is not confined to one place. Some of the trees are planted here in the UK, while others are part of carefully selected projects overseas. Together, these initiatives ensure that our funding contributes to global reforestation efforts where they are needed most.
Supporting veterans through the Green Task Force
Another element of our partnership makes this initiative even more powerful. A portion of the trees funded by Fleetmaxx Solutions are planted here in the UK by veterans through the Green Task Force*, a subsidiary of the UK charity the PATT Foundation.
Transitioning from military service to civilian life is rarely straightforward. Many veterans experience anxiety, PTSD, or difficulties adapting to a new routine. The Green Task Force uses Nature-Based Therapy to support those individuals, offering them the chance to plant trees, work outdoors, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
While not all of the trees funded by Fleetmaxx Solutions are planted through this programme, we are proud to play a part in supporting an initiative that combines environmental restoration with social good. For the veterans involved, this work can be life-changing. For the environment, every tree planted makes a measurable difference.
