I’m absolutely thrilled to share some brilliant news from our wider support network here at Fleetmaxx. Our trusted Transport Consultancy Partner, Steve Hale, has recently achieved Advanced FORS Practitioner status – a huge well-deserved milestone and one that will further benefit the many businesses we work with across the UK.
Steve has already been a huge support to our customers with everything from FORS preparation and compliance audits to DVSA investigations and public inquiry support. With his new accreditation, he’s now even better equipped to help you meet – and exceed – industry standards.
What is FORS?
For anyone unfamiliar, FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) is a nationally recognised voluntary accreditation that sets the benchmark for best practice in fleet operations. It helps businesses improve safety, reduce fuel usage, lower emissions, and operate more efficiently overall.
Becoming FORS accredited demonstrates your commitment to high standards – whether you’re bidding for contracts, managing risk, or striving to run a safer, greener, and more cost-effective fleet.
To reach Advanced FORS Practitioner status, professionals like Steve must complete all 15 training modules (he has done all 16!) – covering everything from advanced risk and compliance management to decarbonisation and sustainable operations.
