At Fleetmaxx Solutions, we value our customers’ security and understand that your fuel card’s security is more important than ever. That is why we’re delighted to announce that our network partner, Shell, has introduced a new security measure to protect ALL cardholders.
What is the security measure?
The new security measure comes in with immediate effect. Esso Fleet and Esso Maxx Cardholders will now be asked to enter their PIN when paying for fuel.
This security measure aligns Shell with the wider Esso Fleet and Esso Maxx Fuel Card acceptance network of Esso & BP, meaning that you are protected wherever & whenever you use your card(s).
If you are asked for your pin, please follow the normal process.
