Meet our team: Welcome Cameron Kent, our new apprentice business development manager at Fleetmaxx Solutions Ipswich
At Fleetmaxx Solutions Ipswich the fuel and fleet cost reduction specialists, we are excited to welcome Cameron Kent as our new Apprentice Business Development Manager. Cameron joins us through our apprenticeship scheme, which aims to identify and nurture local talent. Under the mentorship of our experienced Sales Manager, Kyle Davey, he is set to make significant strides in his career.
Inspiration and journey to Fleetmaxx Solutions
Cameron’s path to Fleetmaxx Solutions was shaped by his previous experience in sales.
“I previously had a job in sales, and it made me realise sales was the department I wanted to pursue,” he explains. “I then came across this apprenticeship and felt like it fitted everything I was looking for in my career.”
His enthusiasm and clear sense of direction make Cameron a valuable addition to our team. His dedication to learning and growing within the sales domain is evident and aligns perfectly with our mission.
Beyond work: hobbies and interests of Cameron Kent
Outside of his professional life, Cameron is an avid football fan.
“My main interest outside of work is football. I am a big football fan and often travel to games to watch my team,” he shares.
This passion for football not only highlights his enthusiasm but also his commitment to following his interests.
Travelling is another of Cameron’s interests.
“Prior to my apprenticeship, I traveled around 7 different Greek islands over the course of 2 months,” he adds.
This love for travel showcases his adventurous spirit and curiosity about the world.
Proudest achievement and future aspirations of Cameron Kent
Cameron’s proudest achievement to date is completing his A-level qualifications.
“I studied criminology, business, and accounting, and I gained three top grades,” he recalls with pride. “These achievements helped me in being successful when applying for my role at Fleetmaxx Solutions.”
Looking ahead, Cameron has clear goals for his future.
“In five years, I hope to see myself still in a position within Fleetmaxx Solutions. I want to have acquired my Level 4 qualification and be a qualified business development manager selling Fleetmaxx Solutions services to businesses all around the country,” he shares.
