Selecting a Winner
All entries will be extracted from entry methods and compiled in one spreadsheet with number of entries listed against each name. An excel formula will be used to select a winner at random based on weighted probability.
Draw will take place at the end of October 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the most appropriate mediums and will have 3 working days to accept the prize. Fleetmaxx reserve the right to randomly select a winner for reasons they deem to be fair such as no contact after 5 working days.
Liability
To the full extent permissible by the law, Fleetmaxx Solutions will not be held liable for any damage, loss or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of this giveaway. The prize is limited to the items stated.
Fleetmaxx Solutions reserves the right to cancel this promotion if determined by means out of our control. We will not be held liable for any loss, or damage as a direct result of this.
